RULES FOR A successful Application
Should you consider employment in our Bank a challenge, we would like to familiarize you with the principles that shape our staffing policy and provide you with rules for a successful application process.
It is important for us to know your motives for applying to ProCredit. We therefore expect that you take the time to inform yourself about our company and to explain your reasons for applying. This is normally done by writing a motivation letter and attaching it to your CV. All relevant information about our group and our ProCredit Bank in Macedonia can be found in multiple languages on the following webpage: http://www.procreditbank.com.mk/ and on: www.procredit-holding.com
We would also request a Curriculum Vitae that is in line with the format depicted on our web page.
We take your application very seriously and we expect that you do the same. Using the recommendations above is a strong indication of this. Applications which could be sent out to 20 other companies and which do not discuss the candidate’s qualifications and motivation for the position at hand are looked very poorly upon.
An example of such a test is provided here.
Prior to a personal interview with our human resources department, we require candidates to complete a one-hour, written mathematics and logic test. Passing this test is necessary to move on to the next stage of the recruitment process.
We strive to present both the recruitment process and your possible career paths at ProCredit in the most transparent way. We place great emphasis on neutrality and objectivity in this process. As a potential employee of ProCredit Bank, you can and should take advantage of our training programmes.
As you can probably discern from this brief outline, we are in search of highly-motivated employees with a long-term commitment to the goals and objectives of our bank. We are willing to continuously facilitate your professional development, but in turn we will also expect a high standard of performance from you.
You can submit your application whenever an active vacancy arises. Please, use one of these two alternatives:
· Via internet, on our web page: Please complete the Job application form, along with a brief cover letter and standard form of Curriculum Vitae, indicating the position you are applying for.
· Via Post: Please send your application (brief cover letter and standard form of Curriculum Vitae) to Bvd Jane Sandanski 109a Skopje, Human Resources Department, indicating the position you are applying for.
Any other alternatives for applying and incorrect CV and motivation letter, are inappropriate and we will not take in to consideration in the recruitment process.
We would like to thank you again for your interest and to wish you all the best in your future career.
